燕麥一大匙
隔夜煮好的不加糖紅豆:一大匙
蔓越梅:一把
堅果:一把
蘋果:一顆🍎
全部攪和在一起,配上蔓越梅和堅果提味,配起來不會覺得自己像牛在吃草喔❤️而且吃完超級飽
Low sugar or no sugar soy milk: 340ml
Oat:1cup
Red bean: 1 cup(cooked it last night, no sugar)
Raspberry: 1/4cup
Multiple nuts: 1/4cup
Apple:one 🍎
Mix everything together, with raspberry and nuts will make it more yummy. And you will be full after eating it❤️ super easy!!
